IdeaNest.shop specializes in custom drip-style portraits and personalized artwork printed on products including, but not limited to, T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, posters, pillows, bags, blankets, and other available products.

Each customized product is made to order based on the photographs, instructions, preferences, and other materials submitted by the customer.

Please note that:

  • Final designs and printed products may differ slightly from digital previews because of screen settings, printing methods, product materials, placement, sizing, and color variations.
  • Artistic interpretation may vary depending on the quality and nature of the customer’s submitted materials.
  • We do not guarantee an exact match between a digital preview and the final physical product.
  • Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly represent the final product.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or request changes to customer-submitted content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, harmful, misleading, or potentially infringing upon another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

3. Customer-Submitted Content

By submitting photographs, images, names, designs, instructions, or other materials to IdeaNest.shop, you confirm that:

  • You own the submitted content or have received all necessary permissions to use it.
  • The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights belonging to a third party.
  • You authorize us and our service providers to use the submitted content as necessary to create, process, produce, and deliver your order.

You remain responsible for all materials you submit. IdeaNest.shop is not responsible for claims arising from content submitted without the necessary rights or permissions.

4. Orders and Payments

All product prices will be displayed on the website in the applicable currency. Taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or other charges may be added during checkout where applicable.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • You have reviewed and approved your product choices, customization details, shipping address, and order information.

An order is considered accepted after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical issues, unavailable products, payment problems, prohibited content, or other reasonable circumstances. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment amount will be refunded.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because customized orders may enter the design or production process shortly after they are placed, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Customers should contact us as quickly as possible at order@ideanest.shop to request an order change or cancellation.

Once artwork creation, printing, or production has started, the order may no longer be changed or cancelled.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our estimated standard delivery period is between 7 and 14 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by factors including:

  • Customer location.
  • Production requirements.
  • Shipping-carrier delays.
  • Customs processing.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Public holidays.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

IdeaNest.shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping or replacement charges may apply if an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for orders that have been correctly produced and fulfilled.

A full refund or replacement may be offered when:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The customer receives an incorrect product because of an error on our part.

To submit a claim, you must contact us at order@ideanest.shop within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs or video evidence showing the product and the damage, defect, or error.
  • Any other information reasonably requested to review the claim.

We reserve the right to reject claims that are submitted outside the required time period, lack sufficient evidence, involve normal product variations, or do not meet the eligibility requirements stated above.

Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on IdeaNest.shop, including but not limited to website text, logos, graphics, layouts, product images, artwork, custom designs, illustrations, icons, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to IdeaNest.shop and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design files, intellectual property, or commercial-use rights unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We may use completed designs or product images for portfolio, website, social-media, or promotional purposes unless the customer submits a privacy request before such use. Privacy requests may be sent to support@ideanest.shop.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information.
  • Keeping your login credentials and password confidential.
  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account or device.
  • All activities performed through your account.
